Terms and Conditions

  1. The tour will last approximately 90 minutes. Your starting point and starting time will be on your confirmation email, it is your responsibility to be on time and at the right place. The tour will start at the allotted time and not wait for anyone who is late. 
  2. Your tour is not fully confirmed until you have received your email. If you have booked the tour but not received an email then please highlight this issue to us at [email protected]. The company reserves the right to refuse any pre-paid passenger on the tour who does not supply the relevant documentation/voucher to confirm their payment at the start of the tour. 
  3. The tour price is 19.75e for Dublin, Cork and Galway. Our refund policy is that you will receive a 100% refund up to 3 days before the tour. 2 days before the tour, you will receive a 75% refund, 24 hours before the tour you will receive a 50% refund and from 24 hours to 3 hours, you will receive a 25% refund. 3 hours or less, there is no refund. 

The reason there is no refund is because as time goes on, it becomes harder for us to resell the tour and we have already guaranteed to pay our tour guide (InstaGuide) for that tour.

  1. Customers are entitled to a full refund in the event that PicTours cancel a tour.
  2. Cancellation by the Company: In the event of an emergency, riot, civil commotion, strike, lock out stoppage or restraint of labour or on the happening of any event over which the company has no control (including adverse weather and road conditions) or where three or less passengers are travelling the company may, by returning all money paid and without further or other liability, cancel the contract.
  3. You will go to a minimum of 4 locations on the tour. No specific location is guaranteed for your tour, the locations for each tour will be highlighted in the “tour page” with your day and time when booking. The locations highlighted for your tour are subject to weather, for example if raining then alternative indoor locations will be suggested. 
  4. Complaints: In the event of a complaint about the company’s services, complaints should be emailed through to [email protected] within 7 days of the tour or call 00353-892478273. 
  5. Credit card payments in favor of PicTours are collected by Stripe or FareHabor. Stripe or FareHabor will appear on your credit card statement. The domain where you enter and process your payment is owned and operated by Stripe.

Group Bookings: The purchaser acts on behalf of all passengers travelling on the tour.  If they do not intend to travel a representative must be chosen, and the company informed prior to starting the tour. If the purchaser is a company, group or partnership, an individual must be named as a responsible person. Where a copy of these or any other conditions have been given to the purchaser at any time, or advised verbally of all the significant terms, making a booking will be deemed to signify acceptance of them
  8. PicTours and tour guides (InstaGuides) accept no responsibility of quality of photos taken on the tour. 
  9. By attending a tour, you give permission to PicTours and your guide to take photos on the tour and of the participants. We will share those images online and use them to promote PicTours. If you don’t want this, we will not use your photos and take down any existing ones, just email [email protected] or call/Whatsapp 00353-892478273 to let us know.
