How much is the tour?
19.75 pound or euro. There are discount codes you can use also to pay less overall. For student groups or anything larger than 10 people, we have group prices. Can enquire at [email protected].
How do I get a discount code?
Find one through our marketing campaigns. Alternatively email me a good joke at [email protected], with the subject line of “Discount Joke” and I’ll send you back a discount, we usually work to a turnaround time of 48 hours and we may not be able to reply to every email. The funnier the joke, the better the discount. Note that discount codes can’t be used in conjunction with other discount codes.
What happens with bad weather?
We monitor the weather closely and will let you know 24 hours in advance if there’s a chance of a tour being called off. Typically it would need to be a yellow warning or above to fully cancel the tour. If this happens you’ll be offered a full refund or a free reschedule, depending on your preference. In some of our locations it does rain lightly at times and we have indoor spots prepared for that.
How long is the tour?
Each tour is 1 hour and 30 minutes.
What time does the tour start at?
You should get an email with your booking and time of the tour you booked. Try to be there 10 minutes early. Bring proof of ID (passport, driver’s license or national ID card) and a copy of your booking email to show proof of purchase.

What is a PicTour Guide?

Where will we go on the tour?
Each tour is different and will go to new locations. You can check out route maps on our cities page here.
How many places will we go to?
It depends on the weather, interests of the groups and what’s great at that time of year in the city, your PicTours Guide will tell you at the start of each tour. It is a minimum of 5 places.
What will happen on the tour?
You will go to the most Instagrammable spots, shown how to take amazing pictures and hear stories about the local area.
Will the PicTour guide tell us about local history?
The primary focus of the tour is about showing photographic locations and taking pictures. There will be a little bit of local history but the focus will be on photos. If you want to learn more about the city’s history then we would recommend going on another tour.

How many people are on the tour?
We will have a minimum of 2 people and a maximum of 15. If you have a group of larger than 15 people then contact us at [email protected] and we can arrange parallel tours.
What does the minimum of 2 people mean?
Each tour needs a minimum of 2 people. If your tour only has 1 person with 24 hours notice then the tour will be cancelled and you will be refunded or offered to go on another tour.

What is your refund policy?
Our refund policy is that you will receive a 100% refund if you cancel 24 hours or more in advance.
I have a complaint, what should I do?
Sorry to hear that, we strive to give everyone a great tour, everything is taken on a case by case basis and should email [email protected]. Note that we don’t accept any responsibility for quality of photos taken on the tour.
I called your number on your website but didn’t get an answer. What should I do?
Sometimes we get busy, we try to answer every call and ring back as soon as possible. Our shared inbox is monitored and sometimes can be quicker to answer, try email [email protected].

Our old name was InstaTours, we changed it in late 2023 to PicTours due to a clash with Meta over branding. Sometimes you may see this old name in places, but it’s still us.
